However, when it comes to caring for an aging loved one, the unintentional yet prevailing approach seems to be taking it as it comes and just hoping for the best.  The default pathway is figuring it out on the go. In this present cultural moment, it is not normal to have competent guidance for the elder care journey.

The lack of professional guidance for this crucial part of life prompted Jordan Rose and Landon Myers to forge paths and create Elder Care Concierge – the premier guide for this often-unplanned yet undeniably important part of life.

After a decade of serving and observing overwhelmed, uninformed, and time-constrained families in Northern Arizona grappling with the gradual erosion of human dignity imposed on their elderly, Landon embarked on a mission to redefine the chaotic and disconnected version of elder care he was observing. What was consistently being accepted was also clearly falling short.   

Jordan Rose’s personal journey, experienced through the lens of her dear friend Ann Graham, vividly illustrates the heartbreaking consequences of inadequate elder care. Ann, a vibrant soul trapped in a frail 96 year old body, fell victim to commissioned sales tactics when seeking assisted housing options. The result was a stressful move to a facility that contradicted Ann’s needs and desires. Jordan, an attorney well-versed in law but unfamiliar with elder care choices, realized the enormity of the challenge.

In response to Ann’s plight, Jordan took matters into her own hands. Assembling a team of project managers, she dedicated hundreds of hours to researching options that best suited Ann’s physical, emotional, and financial needs. The payoff was significant – Ann found solace in a small group home down the street from Jordan’s home and office.

This transformative experience led to the creation of Elder Care Concierge. Together, Jordan and Landon envisioned a service that eliminates the endless guessing game with each new pressing challenge; a service where busy individuals could hire professionals to provide suitable options, unbiased and thoroughly researched recommendations, and assistance with implementation – all without the influence of commissions.
